Viral Link = Link Farm ?
Viral Link = mata rantai karena virus, duh ada-ada saja ya ide bagus dari sohib blogger ini dalam tips untuk menaikkan traffic-nya. Ini pas saya baca di blogger sohib-sohib yang sudah berkompetisi dibidang tersebut yang mengacu pada viral-linking. Saya sih belum berani coba karena mengacu pada artikel saya tentang Link Farm, salah satu kutipan tentang Link-Farm sendiri dimana "Dengan indikasi link farm, pihak search engine / mesin pencari seperti Google dll akan dengan mudah menutup akses (banned) hasil pencariannya ke situs link farm tersebut”. Ini mengingat link farm sangat mudah untuk disalahgunakan sebagai upaya mendongkrak ranking suatu situs/blog secara brutal". Saya mohon maap sudah mengomentari tentang ide ini dan tidak bermaksud menggurui atau apa, ya mungkin ini cuman sebagai referensi buat saya pribadi yg mungkin belum berani bertaruh untuk di Banned Mbah-nya dan hilang dalam peredaran dalam sekejap HeHeHe. Jika memang sudah ciamik, gak salah juga saya akan mencobanya, cuman kawatir aja sama Mbah Buyut Google tentang Viral-Link ini. Increase The Speed of Broadband Connection in Windows XP
Step 1 - Identify the IRQ used by the NIC / USB modem
Follow these steps:
1.Open the System Information tool by implementing Msinfo32.exe the Run command.
Summary
2.Expand System> Hardware Resources> IRQs.
3.Look of the list for your NIC (in my case - an Intel (R) PRO/100 Management
Adapter). Note the IRQ next to the line given (in my case - IRQ21).
In the case of USB modems that must first find the USB device used by the modem.
Follow these steps:
1.Open the Device Manager tool devmgmt.msc running from the Run command (or by right-clicking on My Computer> Hardware tab> Device Manager button).
2.Scroll a Universal Serial Bus controllers and expand it.
3.Right click on the USB root hub, and select Properties. Keep in mind that you might need to do it all centers root USB (if more than one) in order to find the right one.
4.In tab of food, search for your USB ADSL modem.
5.In the Resources tab to find the IRQ assigned (in this case - IRQ21).

Step # 2 - To amend the System.ini file
Follow these steps:
1.Run SYSEDIT.EXE from the Run command.
2.Expand the System.ini file window.
3.Scroll almost at the end of the file until you find a line called [386Enh].
4.Press Enter to make a blank line, and in that type of line IrqX = 4096 where X is the number of designated IRQ found in step # 1 in my case is IRQ21.
Note: This line is case sensitive!
5.Click on the File menu, then select Save.
6.Close sysedit and then restart the computer.
Speed improvement was observed after the computer restarts.

Link Farm
Sekedar pengen mengulas lagi tentang link farm. Istilah seperti link exchange pasti sudah tak asing lagi bagi kita semua. Tapi bagaimana dengan arti link farm yang satu ini? Link farm adalah tindakan menciptakan suatu website / blog yang secara nyata diperuntukan untuk mengumpulkan Link-link dari alamat-alamat situs tertentu tentunya. Belakangan setelah banyak sekali media online yang dengan instan bisa mempublikasikan catatan penting (termasuk kumpulan link2 tadi), akhirnya banyak yang terlena dengan menggunakan blog sebagai tempat penyimpanan link. Tanpa kita sadari, tindakan demikian itu bisa disebut sebagai link farm.
Berbahayakah link farm itu?
“Dengan indikasi link farm, pihak search engine / mesin pencari seperti Google dll akan dengan mudah menutup akses (banned) hasil pencariannya ke situs link farm tersebut”. Ini mengingat link farm sangat mudah untuk disalahgunakan sebagai upaya mendongkrak ranking suatu situs/blog secara brutal.
Lalu apakah ini berarti kita mesti menolak setiap ajakan untuk tukar link misalnya? Tentunya tidak. Memasang dan bertukar link juga masih sangat bermanfaat untuk menaikan ranking dan popularitas. Maka dari itu, hal terpenting untuk dilakukan adalah memilah-milah link mana saja yang baik untuk “kesehatan” blog kita. Link ke situs atau blog yang berkualitas dari segi popularitas tentu menjadi hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan nomer satu. Selanjutnya, bila memang usaha ini sepertinya menyenangkan buat pihak yang memiliki ranking lebih tinggi, kita boleh saja untuk bertukar link dengan alamat lain yang memiliki persamaan tema dengan yang kita kelola. Usaha ini memang bisa dibilang sulit bagi blog yang temanya gado-gado kaya saya nih HeHeHe, tapi paling tidak minimal ada kesamaan materi yang diusung bisa sangat membantu blog kita ikut terangkat di mesin pencari.
Contoh : Edittag berani memasang link banyak sekali, apa tak takut jadi link farm? ya jelas berabe kalo dicurigai sebagai link farm. Tapi untuk hal positif, tukar link yang dilakukan edittag memang berharap agar link yang masuk bisa ikut ketularan nasibnya mendapatkan ranking yang lebih baik. Jadi semua link boleh dimasukan ke edittag? Ini alasan selanjutnya : tak semua ajakan tukar link akan dimuluskan jalannya untuk ditampilkan di edittag. Alasan : Untuk menghindari spam, hack, pornografi dll semaksimal mungkin harus dihindari. Alasan selanjutnya, tampilan kumpulan link di edittag disajikan dalam bentuk frame / halaman pendukung yang “hidup secara terpisah”. Artinya, kumpulan link tak serta merta tergabung dalam indeks blog edittag, dan aman untuk dicurigai sebagai link farm.
Kesimpulanya : Tidak perlu takut dengan saling tukar link. Gunakan hak untuk menerima dan menolak. Dari sini bisa kita lihat usaha bertukar link sah dilakukan oleh siap saja dan satu lagi, hindari link farm kecuali memang tidak peduli dengan mesin pencari.

Kampanyekan Blog Kita Bukan SPAM dan Bebas Dari SPAMMER !!!
Definisi dari SPAM itu sendiri adalah biasa disebut juga dengan junk mail yang tidak diinginkan oleh pengguna fasilitas internet dalam bentuk surat elektronik (email), Instant Messaging, Usenet, newsgroup, blog, dll. SPAM tidak diinginkan oleh pengguna internet karena SPAM biasanya berisi iklan dari perusahaan yang menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan para pengguna web-internet. Spam-Spam akan dirasa mengganggu apabila jumlah email dikirim dalam jumlah yang banyak / besar. Maka dengan ini saya pribadi ingin meng-kampanyekan suatu petisi/gerakan bahwa blogger bukan SPAM yang mempunyai tujuan disamping untuk menghindari gerakan-gerakan SPAM dan yang bertujuan agar lebih memperbanyak pengunjung blogger tanpa ada rasa kuatir, takut untuk berkunjung dan berkomentar serta meningkatkan traffic blog juga. Dan disamping itu saya nyatakan juga blogger ini bukan SPAM!!!
Dampak dari SPAM itu sendiri antara lain :
1. Waktu, tersitanya waktu untuk menghapus berita-berita yang tidak di-inginkan
2. Harddisk, ruang simpan menjadi penuh dan mengakibatkan mail server tidak dapat menerima email lainnya.
3. Bandwidth, dengan terkirimnya email yang dalam jumlah besar, akan menghabiskan bandwidth (yang menggunakan Dial Up ke ISP) dan mengganggu layanan
lainnya yang lebih penting
4. Virus dan Trojan, Kemungkinan adanya Virus atau Trojan yang menyusup didalam SPAM
5. Blogwalking, untuk para blogger dalam gerakan blog-walking ini sangat berdampak buruk. Apabila kita mengomentari komentar-komentar pada blogger lain, maka komentar kita yang tidak termuat akan dianggap spam pada moderator yang diatur, kan akan membuat hati kita kecewa sudah susah2 mengomentari artikel malah tidak dimuat.
Cara Kerja SPAM
Para Penyebar SPAM biasanya juga menggunakan mail server orang lain, juga alamat e-mail yang bukan menunjukkan identitas pemiliknya dalam artian alamat e-mail tersebut memang benar ada tapi si pengirimnya bukan yang punya. Mengirim e-mail menggunakan alamat e-mail seperti diatas, sangat dimungkinkan karena protokol SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) yang digunakan dalam pertukaran e-mail tidak pernah memverifikasi alamat e-mail dengan alamat IP-nya. Artinya, orang bebas mengirim e-mail dari manapun (dari alamat IP apapun) dengan menggunakan alamat e-mail siapapun.
Penanggulangan SPAM
Pada dasarnya SPAM tidak dapat kita hapus, tetapi ada beberapa cara yang dapat mengatasi masuknya SPAM. Sampai saat ini,belum ada satupun cara untuk menghilangkan SPAM, yang ada adalah mengurangi SPAM. Cara yang banyak digunakan saat ini adalah mengotomatisasikan proses pemilahan antara e-mail SPAM dan yang bukan SPAM dengan menerapkan teknologi filter.
Cara menanggulangi / mengurangi SPAM kurang lebih adalah :
1. Jika mungkin, gunakan e-mail lain (selain e-mail untuk bisnis) sewaktu berkorespondensi untuk hal-hal di luar bisnis, misalnya mailing list. Banyak penyebar SPAM yang menggunakan alamat dari mailing list untuk melancarkan aksinya.
2. Aktifkan anti-virus dan personal Firewall pada PC. Kebanyakan SPAM pada saat ini yang mengandung virus atau Trojan yang dapat menggangu sistem pada PC dan jaringan. Biasanya, program Trojan tadi digunakan untuk menyebarkan e-mail SPAM ke alamat lain yang tercantum pada address book.
3. Aktifkan anti-relay atau non aktifkan relay sistem pada server e-mail. Cara ini untuk memastikan bahwa e-mail server kita tidak dijadikan sasaran untuk tempat transit e-mail SPAM. Untuk mengetahui apakah mail server kita menerima relay.
4. Gunakan fitur dalam program e-mail yang dapat mengelompokkan e-mail. Program e-mail seperti Microsoft Outlook dan Mozilla Thunderbird dapat mengelompokkan e-mail seperti mengelompokkan e-mail dari internal, dari rekanan dan sebagainya. Dengan pengelompokan ini, walau tidak mengurangi SPAM sama sekali, kita dapat melakukan prioritas dalam membaca e-mail, dan e-mail yang penting tersebut tidak tercampur baur dengan SPAM e-mail.

I interest with the site about guard spammers on web or blog. And i try to use it at my blog here. Just information for yours to use it too. When a robot spam visit their website, blog, forum, etc., all pages and sites linked to it will search for email addresses.
Now we can fight back against spammer! ( support 64 languages )
All you have to do is link to this page so that every time a spammer's robot scans your page, it will be sucked into this one.
These links you'll be collecting e-mail trap robots sites that are fed with an infinite loop almost false dynamically generated email addresses, mostly in known spammer owned domains! This will make their lists harvested practically useless and no commercial value.

About Twitter Spam on TechCrunch
TechCrunch has made today on Twitter Spam entitled Twitter Starts blacklisting spammers. I really think that the entry will confuse some people. It is mentioned Twitter The blacklist, which is not affiliated with Twitter, and a recent post on N Stay Alive, which covers a recent debate on Twitter Dev discussion group about how to detect users who have been "blacklisted" Twitter. They are two completely separate things.
If the speed of scanning TechCrunch article that could leave with the impression that TechCrunch is saying that the Twitter "blacklist" is what is being used by spammers to identify Twitter. If you read the article carefully you will see that in reality does not say that. But at least one person was away with that impression and I am sure that there are many others.
From what I can say this is the process that is using Twitter to identify and deal with spammers:
1) It is suspected that spammers were informed of this Twitter Help page. Another way that Twitter can be notified about an alleged spammer is a high volume of activity bloc against a specific account.
2) Someone Twitter comments from the account to determine whether the Terms of Service have been violated. It is important to note here that are looking mainly for people who are contributing to "Follow spam." This is where someone still thousands of people at once, giving rise to a new follower email. From what I can say, all these spam applications are reviewed by a real person and they are not just using a simple formula as follows: Followers of rationing to make the decision.

New Super Faster Internet Connections With Existing Cable TV Networks
The demand for high-speed Internet access is expected to increase significantly with the growing availability of video on demand, teleworking and easier access to government services. The technology has been developed to provide 100 MB / s connectivity and has already been sold to South Korea, reflecting the global market for that approach.
"This was the first time they had participated in a project of Eureka," explains Esko Myllyla of Teleste, the Finnish project responsible for much of the technical work. "Eureka labelling is not absolutely necessary for us but was important in the eyes of our local public funding authorities. Moreover, the Eureka label helped pull the three parties in this project together more strongly - that is the key benefit .
