Tips Membuat Add In Terbilang Untuk Microsoft Word

Bagaimana klo sekarang mengaplikasikan Add In terbilang (menterjemahkan angka menjadi kata-kata ) pada Microsoft Word. Yang sudah kebanyakan dalam fungsi ini kita aplikasikan pada Excel dan cagaimana kita mengaplikasikannya pada word? Tidaklah sulit serta hampir sama penempatannya seperti pada excel yang telah saya tulis sebelumnya.

Langkah-langkahnya sebagai berikut :

1. Buka Microsoft Word Anda
2. Klik Pada Menu Tools – Macro – Visual Basic Editor (Alt+F11)


3. Setelah tampil jendela Visual Basic Editor, langkah selanjutnya adalah menambahkan module baru dengan cara Klik menu Insert – Module. Dari Proses ini akan terbentuk satu modul baru dengan nama Module1.
4. Download file terbilang_Word dan Masukkan fungsi terbilang yang sudah anda siapkan kedalam module1


5. Setelah listing tersalin dengan rapi, jalankan perintah "Debug | CompileProject".
6. Jika sudah, tutup program registry editor untuk kembali ke lembar kerja.
7. Untuk mempermudah penggunaan makro yang Anda buat ini. Buka saja "Tools - Macro - Macros". Di dalam jendela "Macros" yang terbuka, klik pilihan "Terbilang" dan tekan tombol "Organizer".


8. Di dalam jendela "Organizer", aktifkan tab "Macro Project Item" dan copy "Module1" yang berada di bagian dari kiri ke bagian kanan "In Normal.dot" yang berada di kanannya.


9. Setelah selesai, tutup dengan mengklik "OK".
10. Langkah selanjutnya, Anda harus membuka "Customize" dari menu "Tools". Di dalam jendela "Customize", aktifkan tab "Commands" dan pilih "Macros" yang berada di bagian "Categories". Di bagian kanannya, yaitu di bagian "Command", drag "Normal.Module1. Terbilang" ke bagian menubar yang masih kosong. Klik kanan tombol baru tersebut dan ubah namanya menjadi "Terbilang" saja. Anda juga bisa menambahkan icon di sampingnya melalui "Change Button Image". Terakhir, tutup dengan mengklik "OK" untuk kembali ke lembar kerja. Dan anda dapat mengedit (rename) nama/judul-nya.


11. Cara penggunaannya, tinggal blok angka yang akan dibuat terbilang dan klik tombol fungsi terbilang yg terdapat pada menu toolbar.

Tips Membuat Add In Terbilang Untuk Microsoft Excel

Bagaimana membuat membuat Add In terbilang (menterjemahkan angka menjadi kata-kata )
pada Microsoft Excel. Bagi anda yang sering membuat tanda terima pembayaran tentunya sering kali anda harus menterjemahkan angka-angka menjadi kata-kata, misal Rp. 1000,- diterjemahkan menjadi "Seribu Rupiah", tentu akan sangat melelahkan jika hal ini harus dikerjakan secara manual, dimana anda harus mengeja setiap angka pada transaksi anda untuk kemudian anda ketik. Tujuan Add In ini saya berharap akan bisa membantu mempermudah pekerjaan dalam membuat tanda terima dan mempersingkat proses.


Langkah-langkahnya sebagai berikut :

1. Buka Microsoft Excel Anda
2. Klik Pada Menu Tools – Macro – Visual Basic Editor (Alt+F11)

3. Setelah tampil jendela Visual Basic Editor, langkah selanjutnya adalah menambahkan module baru dengan cara Klik menu Insert – Module. Dari Proses ini akan terbentuk satu modul baru dengan nama Module1.
4. Download file terbilang_excel dan Masukkan fungsi terbilang yang sudah anda siapkan kedalam module1

5. Sampai disini proses sudah setengah jadi, pindahkan jendela aktif lembar kerja excel, coba anda tuliskan pada cell A1 angka 1000 dan pada cell A2 tuliskan dengan rumus =terbilang(A1), maka pada cell A2 akan tampil tulisan "Seribu".

Membuat deskripsi dan mengamankan kode anda :

Langkah selanjutnya adalah memberi deskripsi dan mengamankan kode VBA anda, langkahnya adalah sebagai berikut :

1. Pada lembar kerja Excel anda, klik menu Tools – Macros
2. Ketikkan nama fungsi terbilang anda dan pastikan tombol Option menjadi enable (menyala), kalau tidak, bisa dipastikan anda salah menuliskan nama fungsi terbilangnya.

3. Klik Option, dan ketikkan Deskripsi fungsi terbilang anda dalam kotak Description. Akhiri proses dengan klik tombol OK dan berikutnya Klik Tombol Cancel untuk menutup Macro dialog.
4. Untuk memberi password kode VBA anda, pindahkan jendela aktif ke jendela Visual Basic, Klik kanan pada VBAProject (Book1) – pilih VBAProject Properties, selanjutnya akan ditampilkan dialog VBAProject Properties , aktifkan Tab protection, masukkan password pada kotak password dan konfirmasi pada kotak Confirm Password. Jika anda bermaksud mendistribusikan Add Ins anda secara gratis dan untuk tujuan pembelajaran, sebaiknya tidak perlu dipassword, karena penerima Add Ins anda akan lebih mudah mempelajari kode anda.

Membuat Add Ins :

1. Tutup Visual basic Editor anda. Simpan Dokumen excel anda dengan klik menu File – Save As.
2. Ubah Save As Type menjadi Microsoft Excel Add In (*.xla), dan spesifikasikan tempat penyimpanannya.
3. Beri nama bebas, misal terbilang.xla dan tutup dokumen excel anda boleh disimpan boleh tidak. Pembuatan Add In telah selesai, dan anda bisa mendistribusikan file terbilang.xla untuk teman anda atau siapa saja yang membutukan.

Menginstall Add In :

Langkahnya sebagai berikut :
1. Siapkan File Add In (terbilang.xla)
2. Buka Microsoft Excel anda, Klik Menu Tools – Add Ins
3. Klik Browse dan arahkan ke tempat penyimpanan file Add In Anda (terbilang.xla) dan klik OK
4. Pastikan terbilang tampil dalam list dan dalam kondisi aktif ( )

To use the Regedits : Save the REG file on your hard drive. Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by right-clicking on the file and selecting Edit.


To use the files VBS : Download. Vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you may want to do right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs file. You will be prompted when the script is done.

4) You've installed a new motherboard, or made other major hardware changes and need to reinstall Windows.

Step 1: Rule out hardware issues. Windows Repair will only fix software problems. Hardware issues can also cause boot problems (i.e. bad hard drive, memory, CPU, or power supply).

Step 2: Backup. It's always a good idea to backup your important data before making changes to Windows XP. Relax, if you follow these instructions your data will be perfectly safe.

Step 3: Boot from your Windows XP CD. Insert the Windows XP CD into your computer's CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, and then restart your computer. When the "Press any key to boot from CD" message appears on the screen, press a key to start your computer from the Windows XP CD. Can't boot from your CD? Step 4: A blue screen will appear and begin loading Windows XP Setup from the CD. 



Note: RAID/SCSI/Unsupported UDMA users:

You will be prompted to "press F6 to install any third party SCSI or RAID drivers". Most users will not have to press F6, but if you are running RAID, SCSI or unsupported UDMA controllers, then you will have to have your controller drivers on a floppy disk. If you are unsure whether you have RAID/SCSI, then simply let the CD load without pressing F6.

When completed loading files, you will be presented with the following "Windows Setup" screen, and your first option. Select "To set up Windows XP now, press ENTER". DO NOT select Recovery Console.

Next, Windows Setup will find existing Windows XP installations. You will be asked to repair an existing XP installation, or install a fresh copy of Windows XP. 

If no installations are found, then you will not be given the option to repair. This may happen if the data or partition on your drive is too corrupted.

Note: If you install a fresh copy, all data on that partition will be lost!

Your almost finished! Windows XP will appear to be installing itself for the first time, but it will retain all of your data and settings. Just follow the prompts, and have your CD-KEY ready if needed.

Many computers are not configured to boot from the CDROM. If you cannot boot from the CDROM, this is probably due to the boot order of your devices being incorrect. You can change this in the BIOS. 

You enter the BIOS from the first screen you see when you turn your computer on. To enter your BIOS, most users here will press the DEL key. 

Most Dell, Toshiba, Gateway, Sony & HP systems will press F2.

Compaq users will usually have to press F10.

IBM typically uses F1 or F2.

Other brands may have different keys to press to enter setup, F1, F2, Del, Tab and CTRL+S. If possible see the manual for your computer or motherboard. Also, the BIOS will usually display which button to press to "enter setup" during POST (if it flashes by too fast, press the Pause key).

When you enter the BIOS setup, you need to change the boot order. The CDROM should be setup before the Hard Drive. Each BIOS is different, but here is an example:

IMPORTANT NOTE: After running a repair, you may find that Windows Update refuses to install the most recent 80 patches. This is because the latest version of Windows Update is broken, and doesn't register some DLLs if they're previously been registered (as happens with a repair install).
